Agreement

By using Isomer ("the Service"), operated by Tensor LLC ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Isomer is an AI-powered advertising management platform. It creates ad creatives, launches campaigns, and optimizes performance on your behalf across third-party ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok). You authorize Isomer to take actions on your connected ad accounts.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the ad accounts you connect to Isomer. You must have authorization to manage those accounts. You are responsible for your ad spend -- Isomer optimizes allocation, but the budget comes from your ad accounts.

Ad spend

Isomer manages budget allocation within limits you set. Actual ad spend is charged directly by the ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), not by us. We are not liable for ad spend incurred on your accounts.

AI-generated content

Isomer generates ad creatives using AI. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy and compliance with ad platform policies. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may occasionally require manual review.

Billing

Isomer's service fees are separate from your ad spend. Pricing details are available on the platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.

Limitation of liability

Isomer is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for ad spend, lost revenue, or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
