What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. When you use the Isomer platform, we collect account information (name, email), ad platform credentials (stored encrypted), and campaign performance data necessary to optimize your ads.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the Isomer service. Specifically:

• Email addresses are used to communicate with you about the service
• Ad platform credentials are used solely to manage campaigns on your behalf
• Campaign data is used to optimize ad performance and generate insights

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your ad account data with other customers. We do not use your campaign data to train models for other users.

Data storage

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Ad platform credentials are encrypted at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

Third parties

We use the following third-party services: AWS (infrastructure), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), and the ad platforms you connect (Google, Meta, TikTok). Each operates under their own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@getisomer.com.
